Would not recommend. The front desk girl Lauren was very rude to me. She canceled my appointment when I called to reschedule. I asked her to reschedule NOT cancel it. She talked to me so nasty like you canceled too many times and you did a no show a year or so ago. The Dr. seemed to be nice but I got a call from him today because I had a complaint about her rudeness and he backed her up and didn’t even acknowledge my concern. Don't go. Staff has turned over a lot the last year. Cassidy will be charming to you, but that doesn't mean he has his act together. He's very aloof and lazy. Dana Bushman was awesome, but she left. Can't get the help needed there. I experienced too many little mess ups. How you do something tells you how they do everything. If you feel staff is incompetent, it comes from the top. Not to mention, he isn't on Meadowbrook Dr in about 2 years. Way to go updating your info. Matter of fact, I wasn't notified when they moved. I ha... read more
