Not so great experience with customer service after having issues with needing repairs.
I wish I could give zero stars! I bought a bed a couple weeks ago. One piece was missing and the sales manager had told me they ordered that and that they were going to fix it soon. A couple weeks after, and not hearing from them, I called to follow up. After like 10 calls and talking with different people, I was directed to the service associate, Kaitlyn Anderson. After explaining the situation and with all those frustrations, not only didn’t she help me put a service request, but also she yelled at me and hung up on me. Sh... read more
