We purchased a living room set from them on the 7th. Was told it was in stock shouldn’t take too long to get. We paid the $99 delivery fee. Delivery people called on the 11th said they would deliver on the 16th in between 8 am and 4 pm, so I stayed home all day and no delivery or phone call. I contacted overstock customer service, a total of three times. The first time I talk to somebody she was right. The delivery company was right. The only people that was wrong was our customers.
