I'm a first time buyer and I had the best experience at Brownsville Toyota !!! Everybody is so welcoming and the building is beautiful. I had gone to other dealerships and nobody wanted to help me because of being a first time buyer but Luis Elola was so helpful in getting my dream car ! He went above and beyond. Horrid experience purchasing a used vehicle. I waited almost three months and had to call Toyota corporate to get the dealership to apply for a title. Still have no plates, no title and the temp tag is expired. Nor will they issue another temp tag. Great for service but take your purchases somewhere else. Nearly 4 months. Still no plates. No title. Why am I making payments on a car I do not own?

Great service! Took my vehicle for an oil change and they went above and beyond. This is the second time we receive great service from this dealer.
