Service department needs major customer & employee skills... It's a shame I have to go to Harlingen to purchase or service my vehicle. Never again will I visit this Toyota dealer in Brownsville.

Albert helped with the maintenance on my Sienna. I got four new tires for the price of three! They fit me in and the wait was actually pretty nice. They have delicious coffee and cold bottles of water for free plus a nice lounge, big screen TV and a playroom for the kids!
