I have been calling since 11 pm last night it is 5:53 am and still haven't been able to connect with a representative. What the hell, all I want to know is when is my area getting power back!
I would give no stars if I could. I have never lived somewhere where the power goes out as often as it does here. I could go on, but I don't have the time. Service is completely unreliable and there are no other options for service providers so they have the monopoly. If this were any other type of product or service I'd demand a refund. Awful and incompetent.
