WOW!!! What a disappointment!!! My mom is disable and has to clean up the mess the trash collector left!! She called PUB and all she was told was that the message would be given to a supervisor!! Hate the answering service 😡 im without light for four hours already it's just the breaker that needs to be turned on and no one answers!!! i left so many service reguest
Multiple power outages!!! They take 4-6 hours to fix them or sometimes more. And they never answer the calls . 47 min and no answer from customer service.
Repeated power outages. Power outages multiple times each weekend for the last 4 weeks lasting from 1-4 hours costing my business hundred of dollars in list revenue each time. Get your act together! 🤬😡
Worse service ever, supervisor aren’t willing to take calls.
I do not recommend calling the office for anything. The phone service they have is awful, you call to report something and all you get is call this press that and you can't talk to one single human being. My issue was not at my address so how do you report the issue. Yesterday March 14. PUB worked on Coolidge St. broke the street from side to side. Due to the rain last night that opening is sinking and causing some cars to get stuck. But again how do you report that and to who. I just hope someone reads this and can send som... read more
Horrible customer service. They over charge . The “emergency “ number wait time is 25/30 minutes before anyone gets on the line. Monopoly . No other power company within city limits . Horrible horrible horrible
