they have too many employees on the payroll therefore their prices and fees are real high

Everything's summer comes your bill will double even if there are no changes in the way you use energy. But since they have a monopoly in Brownsville, they are allowed to be abusive!
Very disappointing, getting my light cut off by mistake? Like really? You guys should be eay better than that!
They came to install something on the side of my house & they removed a lot of my backyard grass, Its been 2 months & they haven't replaced it!! I called & they keep saying they have a lot of work! Well if you destroy the grass why not put it back!!!!!!!!!! ASSHOLE!
