Timely, fast, pleasant.
They did not replace the wood floor correctly. Did not level the concrete with a leveling compound so the wood would adhere correctly and had continuous seams along 4 wood planks.
Business response:
Customer had minor water leak in front of the dishwasher and didn't want to go through the expense of fixing the floor correctly. The price to pull up the old floor was out of there budget so they decide to fix the floor themselves. They didnt have enough laminate floor so they had to find another similar product which didn't match. We did the floor patch to the best of our ability with the lack of material and supplies.
They came and gave me a price before they even did the job.

Did a very good job
Brownstone Builders was not very professional and he overcharged me. He did not fix the problem but reassured me the problem would be fixed. He never came back to fix the problem and lied saying he was out of town.
