I was having a VA appraisal done and needed a ceiling repair done in my kitchen on short notice. The Brownstone guys showed up the same day I called them but I feel like they gouged me on the work that was done. They replaced a piece of drywall and mudded it in the kitchen and a piece in my laundry room. They didnt even have to redo the popcorn ceiling. They charged me $875 for the job. The men actually performing the work did a great job, but the main office did not communicate effectively which led to some frustration on both ends.
Overall a great job. Only negative is the work site area could have been left a bit cleaner. But, not a reason to not use them again.
I had a particularly problematic issue with drywall repair on my ceiling, but it was dealt with quickly and expertly. The result is highly satisfactory.
Brownstone Builders & Mr. Jones were a pleasure to work with. Honest, dependable with excellent work. Not only completing my door repair beautifully but also leaving the area clean,indoor & outside. They were professional and knowledgeable, with fair pricing. I will be a returning customer - I highly recommend!
