My overall experience with Brownstone was disappointing. They arrived to the job w/out proper equipment twice (plastic) to cover my furniture while repairing (sheetrock & painting) ceiling. Worker lost control of ceiling fan when removing it & I had to run over and hold it in the air for almost 5 minutes while it was removed while the worker looked down at me saying "it's heavy isn't it. He was extremely careless with the mud while repairing the sheetrock. Walked through the mud & had it all over my floors. When he packed up... read more

First of all i like to thank the customer above for leaving her honest review. I was the 3rd contractor and i really believe she didn't have any faith in my ability to complete the job like the previous contractor. I gave her an estimate for the above work and she complain about the price and the process in which the job was suppose to be done. Cortez, was very professional and efficient, we are very satisfied with the entire process. The job was completed in a timely matter love my new hardwood floors and backsplash. Also great job patching the ceiling and repairing of the hardwood.
They did an excellent job. They were prompt, had the job done in a timely fashion. An overall good job.
I had drywall repaired, Cortez was very knowledgeable. I feel the repair I had done was overpriced. I would use him again but I would be sure I could afford the price.
Cortez and his crew were great and did quality work. Not only did they do an excellent job at repairing dry wall they also installed a back splash in the kitchen, fixed a water spot on the ceiling, repaired a leaking sliding glass door and painted shutter and exterior doors. The only negative was slow email or phone call response time for receipts or quotes. I would hire them again because the quality of work was great for the price they charge.
