Hear Ye, Hear Ye....! I purchased a 2016 Kia Soul Exclaim. It included a Head Unit with GPS. Sounds great right? We'll hold on....what the dealership does not tell you, is, that after your first update it will cost you semiannually or annually $145.00 for updates. Kia has installed units that use MnSoft Mapping Software and that's the cost for updates. I'm not sure what other Models Kia or Hiundai use so I say "buyer beware". Had a great experience buying my used car. The team was very engaged and worked with me instead of at me. Big difference! Found the car online and then worked out the details with the team. Once we started talking about the financial aspects, we got where we needed to be quickly. None of the old school back and forth nonsense. Got there shortly after Noon on Sunday and was at home before 3. That included the test drive, them looking at my trade in and then all the paperwork. Pretty happy with the whole thing. Ali was very polite and helpful answering all my questions. Never felt pressured at anytime. The manager was great helping to negotiate and understanding that I wanted to look at another model before I decided. Finance department was great and made it a very low stress purchase even finding a better rate than I previously had! Tony and the service department were excellent on getting an issue resolved the following day and worked me right in being that I was from out of town! Great experience!
