RecommendedMy wife brought in our 2019 Sportage for a service campaign and the annual safety inspection was due; but Brown's service department put a *rejection* sticker on it because she declined to buy overpriced wipers for $50. The wipers were actually replaced just 3000 miles ago; the lame excuse from the service rep is that they failed because they were "streaky"! My husband and I are very appreciative of Browns Kia team's willingness to help us in purchasing our vehicle. The team worked really hard to get us at a price we felt comfortable at. Justin was our salesperson and couldnt have been kinder. I shopped several kia dealerships over a couple weeks before i felt i could make an informed decision on what car and which dealership was best. Unlike some other dealerships, justin remained courteous and did not pressure me to make a decision while on my first visit. He kept in touch without being pushy. AND browns found my perfect car and hands down beat all other quotes. Justin is awesome!!
