Sales service was great. Brought car in for service and that team was great. Jiffy Lube had told me I needed brake pads so I scheduled a visit at Browns When they looked at the car, they told me they did not need to be replaced yet. Saving me a $250 expense at Christmas time. I really appreciated their honesty

Worst experience tonight.. Don't go beyween 5pm 6pm. Customer service was the worst. Will go out of my way to shop another Honda Location in the future.
I bought my Pilot new in 2006 from Brown's and STILL LOVE IT. Just received phenomenal customer service from Jennifer Y. in the service department today for a factory recall--- please tell her thank you for being so accommodating! I don't want to replace this awesome Honda anytime soon, but when I do, I will head back to Brown's!
