😠😠😠😠 I paid for my car in full yesterday. This morning I start the car and a loud popping noise blasts through the speakers. I turn the car off and take the key out and the noise kept going. i drove to the dealership and on the way it kept popping randomly SUPER LOUD even with the radio off... which is extremely unsafe! I talked to DENNIS and asked if they could help me get it fixed...he chuckled and said the warranty doesnt cover the RADIO. I went to buy a new car. After test driving, we went to talk numbers. After talking about numbers the "general manager", Robert came out and took the paper with the numbers. Crumples it in front of me and says he can't sell the car at my asking price and says "have a nice day, we'll keep you in mind but I just cannot do that price" and walks away. Very rude and uncalled for. I have never been so disrespected from a car dealership like that before. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone if that's how you treat ... read more

Took our vehicle to their service shop and was charged $320 for a warranty recall - was told that the problem was not the warranty part. The problem persisted and I took the vehicle back to the shop. Found out is WAS the warranted part and can’t get my money refunded. Customer service is terrible and getting the runaround. Don’t take you vehicle there .

Today I walked in worried I would not walk out with the perfect vehicle. My salesman was Kenny and my fiance women was Rita. Honestly no words in the world could ever explain how much these to helped me today. I not only left with a vehicle but I left with one I fell absolutely in love with, not even the one I went for. It was a long process due to my old finance company not sending me proper paperwork. It did not stop Kenny and Rita. They were patient and beyond helpful. I had a few panic attacks. Just had the best experience!!! I showed up for an oil change and they were closed. The nicest lady still took the time to check my oil level and tire pressure!!! Wow, so impressed by her genuine act of kindness!
