Happy wife; happy life. I bought a new Honda Pilot for my wife and she is so happy with it. PJ Prasai was great with me in getting to the right price and options. PJ was even better with my wife and kids when he explained all the features in the car while I was in with Mel getting the paperwork done. By the way, Mel in the finance office did a great job explaining everything. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had when buying a car. A truly enjoyable buying experience!
The online scheduling was easy. I was attended to as soon as I drove up. My vehicle was ready when promised. I was contacted by phone and text when I could pick it up. And the work was done satisfactorily.

Love them! Been a customer since 2010. Wouldn't choose any place else.
The service department is impossible to deal with. I bought a new 2015 Accord from them. However, getting the car serviced is impossible. i had front end problem. I called and emailed the service department. They told me they would get back to me, but NEVER did. I had to take the car into a non-dealer mechanic to have the front end fixed. This should have been covered by the warranty, but it cost me over $200 and Honda won't pay for it.
My husband and I are super Thrilled with our two new cars. This dealer is the best around the area hands down!!! My husband and I went to multiple honda dealerships within 4 days, and we've got to say Browns was the best one we came across. Super glad we didnt settle for the first one we went to. Best experience ever buying a car for both of us...Thank you so much PJ, words cant describe how happy my husband is.
