When we had an unfortunate encounter with some wildlife NRMA planned to send our car elsewhere. But in the end, and fortunately, it found its way to Browns. The team is exceptionally professional and courteous. Have been absolutely understanding and forthcoming with information and updates. Have gone above and beyond to get our beautiful Genesis fixed and ready. Would recommend to anyone for big or small jobs - you will be in safe and caring hands! Thank you.
I have been meaning to write this review for about 4 weeks now. I had my car fixed by Browns Accident Repair Centre through my insurance company as a car had hit mine, and it was the easiest experience ever. Absolutely no stress, everything was perfect and the office lady Margaret was so kind. 100% recommend this place for any repair work. You won’t be disappointed! Thanks again guys 😊

** RUDE AS *** Asked for a quote.. Waited 20 mins before anyone would speak with me, just waked past and ignored me... Then was told to wait and they would try and find someone to help.. Waited another 30 mins before i just left. *A simple reconition of your presence dosnet take alot.
