We have purchased two vehicles from Brown and Wood and have been very satisfied !
The work done was outstanding, but I wanted to speak to an advisor and have some things explained to me without being rushed or feeling that I was getting on someone's nerves. It's my money that I'm spending......but with females in males profession, it's expected. I'll go elsewhere.
Don't buy a car from here.They will waste your time and lie on your credit app.So when the bank turns you down,you've wasted two days of nothing.And do not go the extra mile to help.Terrible.

when I called-I stated what KIND of VEHICLE I NEEDED SERVICE FOR---and got a quote over phone---verified parts in stock---got there within two hours--didn't mind waiting--but I did mind the price increase as if I had not told them the RIGHT KIND OF VEHICLE--A computer key costed $128.00-the remote which they did not have in stock over $280 to get and program---I passed on that- Can you blame me? Also they quoted someone else a price of $24 to replace a third (3rd) brake light for an inspection. I'm glad I don't own a Pontiac... read more
