Worst experiance!!!! I have had the car for 2 weeks the bank they set me up with is horrible and unorganized. Brown & wood rushed me into the car before the bank finalized anything & they don't care that I have had 2 weeks of stress & agervation. They don't care about the customer... wish I would have went somewhere else & this experiance has made me hate the new car I'm stuck with!!!

Excellent car buying experience. Even though we had to wait longer than usual (black Friday), it was a fun time because of the employees. Everyone was friendly and responded to my sarcasm well! Dion was great and went out of his way to make us happy and comfortable. I highly recommend buying from Brown&Wood. You can't go wrong.
I did not purchase a car from Brown and Wood, but am taking the time to write a review with a 5 star rating all the same. Chip Wall is an excellent person to deal with when looking for a new car. He is down to earth and does not pressure you at all. He listened to me and tried to find me a Mazda to meet my needs. Even though I chose a different car, my decision was not based upon anything other than features which, as I am older, met my needs better.
