I'm very disappointed. I understand the service department is a business and businesses intend to make money. I get it. Went in for a routine oil change on my Mazda and it was discovered that my bulbs over my license plate were blown. I was quoted $40 to replace. I politely declined. I was warned that I may be stopped and possibly ticketed by police. Again, I get it. I decline and say I'll check back later. I believe in doing my research before any repairs, major or minor. Best dealership in Greenville I trust the salesman and they have awesome cars even the auto center everyone is so nice!!
When you take your vehicle in there to get them to run a diagnostic to see what’s wrong with it, they should call the customer and let them know what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix but they don’t they fix it then call you and tell you it’s ready and going to cost...and then says oh the warranty didn’t cover it. That is not what we asked them to do
I am the owner of a 2014 GMC Sierra with 61K Miles. I have recently had some issues with water entering the cab of my truck via the antenna located on the top of the cab, causing consequential damage to the headliner, electrical instruments on the left side of the steering wheel, and the carpet on the driver side.
