Please read. My wife has been interested in a Suburban once again to meet the demands to haul my family around. Let's just say my wife life to change things up quite a but. Great people! Trenton was a world class salesman. He definitely went the extra mile with open communication and trying to make me feel like they wanted and valued my business. Top notch all around.
I try to avoid negative FB reviews but I am absolutely shocked at the way I was just treated by not one, but two Brown & Wood employees over the phone. I called to ask if they negotiate prices on used vehicles (because I found a comparable vehicle in the next town over for $4,000 less) and they were very rude and disrespectful. Will take my business elsewhere and encourage everyone I know to do the same.
