RecommendedMy husband recently purchased a new car from Nick at Umansky. Nick has gone above and beyond making sure my husband got everything he wanted in terms of upgrades. We needed the car by a certain date and Nick had no issues making that happen. We were in and out of the dealership in a timely manner. We had our 4 and 2 year old in tow - they enjoyed some snacks and the play area in the waiting room. Would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to friends.
Service appointment at Subaru for oil change and inspection at 10:00 AM. Subaru apparently doesn’t service the trucks but no one caught it and my husband was sent down to the Honda/Dodge side. Husband was there at 9:30 AM. He was told that the ball joints had gone bad on a truck we purchased 11 months ago from this dealership. At 5:00 PM, no repairs done and the truck was issued a rejection sticker. Very poor customer service.
