Rude and shady. Accompanied my nephew to purchase a used 2019 Subaru, as he doesn't have car buying experience. Price was $24,200 online. Once there, the dealer adds their $695 processing fee (high but normal to have a processing fee) and then ANOTHER $699 reconditioning fee for any used vehicle! First we were told this is for certified used vehicles but no, it's for all used vehicles they sell. Although everyone we met at Umansky was friendly, our buying experience was great mostly due to Tony Buck, our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure all our questions were answered and we didn’t feel rushed to make a decision.
