Umansky did a recall repair on my 2013 Subaru Impreza and afterwards I had been noticing a clunking under my car. Well today I put it up on the ramps to find that the motor mounts were never bolted back down. From them doing the valve spring replacement and jacking the motor up so they could gain access to the heads on the motor. So Umansky y’all may want to send your mechanics back to school and reteach them to at least replace the bolts and nuts they remove.

Never again! I used to come here when it was owned by Mr. Brown but under the new Umansky ownership, I was told a laundry list of things that failed inspection. While I could verify the bulbs and I was able to do the replacement myself, the claim that I needed a tie rod and alignment was false. Umansky tried to rip me off for work that didn't need to be done to pass inspection. I knew something was fishy so I took my 2011 Subaru Outback to Airport Road Auto and they said the tie rod was fine. This is completely inexcusable! ... read more
Brought my car in 1st week of November and my car was misdiagnosed. Two in half days later it was brought back. All of a sudden I needed a new transmission, intake and ABS. Three weeks later I have my car for another 2 days it goes back in on a flatbed. I just got my car back on Friday morning and yesterday morning with NO gas and my car is doing the same plus electrical burning smell. It’s going back on a flatbed on Monday.
