Bought a 2007 odyssey. Paid top dollar for this car. Thought everything was ok wrong. Bought the car in good faith that all was in good working condion due to there 1000 point inspection. Check the air on a cold day all was good. It got warm and so did the air. According to the salesman due to therd inspection if the air doesnt work its not to be sold. It goes to auction. Chris is funny and made me feel comfortable right away. And I love my new Mitsubishi Outlander!!!! Traded in an Outlander Sport, which was a great car for me. Never had any mechanical issues, just regular maintenance. Very reliable vehicles with low cost to own.

I had to drive an hour to get my hatchback’s airbags replaced because they were recalled. So I was pretty uneasy, but things went very well. After registering my information, they told me it would be 2 hours.. so I proceeded to wait in their customer lounge that had comfortable chairs, a nice tv, a Keurig with dark and medium roast options to choose from, and granola bars. I also noticed a room near by with snack machines. I was well taken care of, and instead of taking 2 hours it only took 1. Very pleasant experience.

I contacted brown Mazdaz to ask about one of the used cars and the sales person name is Josh take my number to call me back and he never called ! when i called him back the next day he was very rude and not respectful at all.

My significant other and I have had very bad car experiences in the past, so coming to Brown was something we so desperately tried to avoid. We were used to the sales pitch type salesman. We discussed what our options are with Will, and although we didn't drive away in a vehicle, he didn't bullshit us, or make us believe we could do all these things that we couldn't.
