Excellent vehicle purchased, no doubt about that, but between sales and finance, they pushed that BS "Environmental Protection Package" on them, where $800 was spent on $5 worth of chemicals and a "warranty" that's not even worth the paper it's printed on. The salesman, when confronted after the fact, literally puffed up his chest, and stepped into my space, which is a customer service no-no. If I could give less than 1 star I would, before going in to Brown I already had a deal in place to sell my old car, foolishly was convinced by salesman to allow them to buy it. I really do like the car that I bought, a newer model Journey, I was selling a 2017 low mileage Traverse. Had a small loan on the traverse but provided them with all the payoff information. Recently went through the car buying experience at Brown Mazda and loved it after having terrible experiences purchasing cars through other dealerships, from the sales manager trying to get us the best loan to the salesman Nick Pizzato finding us the best car in our price range it just felt like you where buying a car from a friend.

I’ve purchased cars from Brown since they were a Pontiac dealer. So, this is probably my 7th car from them, the last 3 have been Mazda’s. I can’t say enough good things about Nick Pizzato, Randy Robbins, Buffy LeBam, and the service techs. Just a bunch of great people, doing the best they can for customers. I wouldn’t think of going anyplace else.
