5 Star : My Experience I'm sorry 😞 I don't know anyone's name, but a gentleman helped me get a few scratches buffed out after my final inspection . A young lady from the front office offered to take the keys from my rental car and told me to park my rental around the front near the entrance. Enterprise had closed during the time they were buffing out the scratches . She offered to call enterprise and have them pick up the car in the morning . I appreciated her going the extra mile because at that point I had 2 cars. Thanks ... read more

There were many times that we were told that we’d get a call/update but no one ever called- we had to initiate all the communication.
