0 Star : My Experience I asked for additional quote on some tiny paint chips around the SUV on top of what I originally came for. The tiny chip on the back I was told would be taken care of by Bob when they did the part I was coming for originally through insurance. I picked up my car and the chip was still there. A huge hit on faith was taken, if I can be assured that quality assurance was improved, the answer would be a yes. 3 Star : Repair Quality When I picked up the car the first time, thankfully I looked, the trunk was still bent in. 0 Star : My Experience I am very happy with the way the car turn out and the work that was done. What I was disappointed in was no one walk me out and went through what was done with the car. I was not sure if the tire and rim was replaced and what was done with the frame of car. Was it replaced or was it Filled were it was dented.
