0 Star : My Experience I was very disappointed in the lack of communication and overall time it took to repair my vehicle. Whenever we would call for updates, we would get conflicting answers. We were quoted one week and it took almost a month.
0 Star : My Experience Got my car back after waiting over 3 entire months for it to be fixed (which was a huge inconvenience because I had to pay for car rentals out of pocket for over 2 months which costed me thousands of dollars) there were still issues with my car. It was making a scraping sound as I drove and they didn’t fix the underneath bumper where the damage was. Also I signed a paper to get my car parts back and they were never returned to me! 5 Star : My Experience As far as I have been able to check it out, I am satisfied. I have not driven it very much. I feel that I was treated very well.
0 Star : My Experience Repairs were not completed. Paint drip lines in the paint job. Back window still rolled slow front window roller unfixed. Told attendant what was damaged and they only fixed the outer sides 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Never. 1 Star : Repair Quality Estimate writer did not write down all repairs. Repairs made with dripping paint. Partially repaired doors 1 Star : Customer Service Estimate writer did not listen to what I told him and made his own decision about repairs
