Excellent dental hygienist. Christina is awesome with kids. Dr. Brown is fair and doesn't do unnecessary procedures.
At Dr. Billy B Browns office you always feel at home, they do everything possible to put you at ease, from the front desk, Linda and Brenda, to the back where the dental work is done. Always professional and also kind and friendly. Love my dentists office, and I was one of those scared to death to go. So glad they have worked with me so many years.
I live in Lakeland and was referred to Dr. Billy Brown in Bartow. Finding I needed 2 crowns and no insurance left for 2017, I was shopping for reasonable cost and comfortable atmosphere in dental office. I found both at Dr. Browns' office. Would and have referred him to friends, and family.
Since she began her career, I have been privileged to be a patient of Joanne Crum, née Bowden. I have told her more than once if she were to retire, my mouth and I will be at wits end. Joanne is the only one who has cleaned my teeth in all that time, as I am certain she has provided her same gentle touch for many others for as long. Simply the best. And, of course, BBB, is also excellent. I, fortunately, due to Joanne's great care, just do not have to have to have the good doctor work on me very often. Jim

My visit today to Dr. Brown's office was excellent. The staff are always friendly and courteous and I know I am receiving the best of dental care. When the occasion arises, I always tell others what a great practice Dr. Brown has, the high level of professionalism and great staff.
Always a wonderful experience at Dr. Brown's- he's very careful not to hurt you and his technicians are fantastic. This time I saw Joan for my crown and she was wonderful. Thanks!
Our whole family goes to Dr. Brown and recently my youngest son decided he was too old for the pediatric dentist and had a tooth ache. We called Dr. Brown and they got him in the next day. They always are so sweet and go out of their way to help. They were recommended to me 3 years ago and I can't imagine ever going to another dentist.
