If I was to try to create the perfect dental practice experience, I have no doubt my imagination would fall short of the reality I experience at Dr. Billy Brown's office on every visit. By far the best, most caring, most comfortable dental care experience I've ever had - anywhere.
Joanne has exclusively cared for my teeth since they were much younger (1974) and if she were to retire, I am afraid so will my teeth. The lady is simply the best.Skilled, caring and always there for her patients. Old man Brown is very good also, but fortunately I do not have to get more than a look from him 99% of the time. Little Jo is simply my favorite. I guess the fact that I have been her patient for well over forty years gives it away. Ortell's girls are great.
The staff at Dr. Brown's is so nice and so very professional! I truly enjoy the way they treat me.
Service provided was very personable. The quality of the service was good. Two cavities were identified early to miniseries the risk of loosing teeth.
