Originally I thought I would ignore the discomfort and it would disappear. The pain just kept building so I called for an appointment. Of course, their schedule was booked solid but I was told that they would work me in. It ended up, the pain was from a cracked tooth. Thank goodness they found it in time. No more pain!
My experience was good, I was treated by all in employees with caring and concern.
Great service as usual. Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. No dental work is fun, but Dr Brown and his staff are as gentle as possible.

As always, my 6-month exam with JoAnn Crum today was delightful! She is very professional and conscientious about the health of my mouth and teeth, as is Dr. Brown. Having a competent dental care team takes the stress out of dental visits.
I used to really get anxious when I had to go to the dentist. Now I am glad to go. I trust Dr. Billy Brown and always get the best service and never any pain. He's the best!
