I was happy to meet the new guy! A chip off the "old dads shoulder". As always Joann is awesome! Never a complaint. As for those two up front, Brenda and Linda, I have plenty to say about them! They hug me and ever so sweetly pass the verdict...that will be $______. I love those women too! I can't think of a negative thing to say except as already reported...the verdict. If you start a senior citizen discount let me know. I always recommend this office...simply the best.
The "kid" has been taking care of my porcelains for forty-four years, since I was still pretty young and she was newly minted. If Joanne were to retire, given that she is only seven years younger than me, I will probably end up with dentures. Cannot imagine anyone else fussing with my teeth after so many years. Wish one of her dear daughters had decided to follow her into the profession. As she said just today, "The only thing certain is change."
Some folks look forward to Christmas or their birthday...I look forward to the two days I get to see my hygienist! Great place, great staff & great service!!
Dr. Brown was my dentist over 30 years ago (doesn't seem possible!). After changing jobs and insurance, moving away then returning to Bartow, I had a dental emergency and knew which dentist to see! Dr. Brown is simply the best dentist I have ever gone to
I had a great experience with Dr. Scott brown and Joan!!! They got me in quickly and resolved my problem... they made visiting the dentist a fun experience and even had me laughing!!! Thank you for the prompt great care you both have!
This is the best dentist I've ever been to! Like so many, I am a chicken and usually schedule an appointment when I'm having trouble with a tooth. The staff is so kind and tolerant of my fears and Dr. Brown is always so gentle. I love the way he explains what he is doing while moving swiftly to get me fixed up. I would recommend him to anyone in the Bartow community.
