I will never come and purchase or service my car here again. Awful customer service skills. Service manager Steve Schneider was super disrespectful. Owner(president) Frank Garesner was not very helpful. Customer is always right. I have video to prove. I am very dissatisfied and will not rest until everyone knows how horrible their service is. Lets be clear my husband came here very calmly to check out our vehicle he became irate after sitting there for over 2 hours and nothing was done. Customer Service negative 0!!!!!!!!
Customer Service and peoples time are not a priority here. As well as Call backs never happen. Trust me you do not want to give them your business.
Pat and Thomas were absolutely amazing people to deal with and very professional. i have poor credit but good income and went there with money down and a trade looking for a used vehicle, but after it was all said and done they got me approved for a brand new dodge dart even though my credit was in the low 500s. I can't thank them enough. I'll be back for sure!

I was called because they wanted to look at my car after receiving a request from a cash buy from EDMUNDS or NADA. The woman everything about my car and also knew I was not interested in purchasing or leasing anything from the dealership. I said I would come in the next day but I was not coming in if they were going to lowball an offer. I drove down and was given a lowball offer. The original woman was not in and I was very very angry I do not like to be taken advantage of.
