They say they care but when it comes to admitting a problem they really dropped the ball.My brand new Durango got 22,000 miles,the dealer twice said they were still good.Well the safety of my family matters,so when I took of the cheap bald tires and put on new ones I made sure to take pics so when anyone I ever come in contact with asks about this dealer I can show them how much they care about customer service.2 months ago I was told someone would call me........still waiting
