Nick in the service department is awesome. My husband and I were staying at Pocono Palace for one night when our water pump went on our Durango. Nick informed us that it was covered under our warranty even though the vehicle is 9 years old and a loaner car was free. He stayed past the 4 o'clock closing on Saturday and waited for us while we were getting towed. We ended up having to stay in the area till Monday while the repairs were done but Nick made sure we were first in line for repairs so we could get home before my husb... read more
