Complete scammers. They will make sure to not be able to diagnose a warranty issue until your conveniently out of warranty after the 3 time of them checking the same issue they will then say they found the problem. Their complete professional transmission servicing is bogus. They charge $250 to change the oil but that's all your getting in this "complete professional transmission service" the only reason we found that out is we were smart enough to check if they removed the tranny pan. My boyfriend and i had just leased a 2018 Jeep Compass latitude and it has honestly blown me away. After driving it today in snow as much as 18 inches and just simply putting it in four wheel drive and it went through like butter. It has tons of power and i couldn’t be happier. Had an excellent experience at your service department last week after my engine warning light came on. Sal and his crew were courteous and efficient and by 11 a.m. I had my vehicle fixed and was back on the road. I also appreciate the courtesy car service to and from my home. Nice job!!

Working with Patrick Shepluski was great and I’m enjoying my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited! I found the Jeep I originally wanted at another Brown Daub location, but they were taking forever and dragging the process out to even talk about getting it from the Bath location. When I went directly to the Bath dealership Patrick was speedy and didn’t make us sit around a dealership for hours while the management played games. Thank you Patrick for your work. If I decide on a Jeep next time, we’ll be back to see you.
