Dean and Karen have done a wonderful job both selling our house and helping us purchase. They are very professional and helped us navigate multiple offers for our home last year. When we were purchasing, Karen went out of her way to help negotiate repairs with the home and even helped us get extra repairs made and cash for others. They care immensely about their clients and I cant recommend them enough.
