John was absolutely phenomenal!!! He was PROFESSIONAL, transparent, timely, knowledgeable and he gave detailed explanations of the work that he planned to do. He completed a quick assessment of the issue and was very critical of his own work and showed integrity every step of the way. I am so pleased with the work that he and his team completed in our basement; so thankful that we had no additional problems!

Where do I start? My basement has been leaking for sometime now and we decided to use Brothers waterproofing. Best decision we could have ever made. John came in and explained everything in great detail. His crew installed the needed support beams and also waterproofed the foundation. John was great, when he came out to give us an estimate he took the time to explain everything. He answered all our questions and was never pushy. He was super flexible when we had to move our start date. Always kept us informed on the status of the job. His crew was very professional. The job was done quickly and professionally. John is the consummate professional. He came out and inspected my basement wall and immediately knew the remedy for my wet basement. When we peeled back some of the concrete slab, John noticed the wall had shifted slightly. He immediately called me, told me what it would cost, got the engineer out in 20 minutes, and we had a plan to move forward the same day. Brother's Waterproofing did a superb job on my basement! John came in and explained every detail with facts, photos and figures that were honest estimates of what he thought the job would cost. He was so thorough and careful in his explanation that he inspired trust. Fortunately, his work product was as thorough and careful as his sales pitch. My dad's basement has been having water issues for years when it rained. Called several companies for an estimate. John was very professional and gave good technical information compared to other companies that made me feel more comfortable. Did a quick review of his company online and read many customer's 5 star ratings. Him and his crew were very professional and got the work done in a timely fashion. I cannot say enough about the fabulous work John and his team did to fix my basement. I had massive flooding and they installed a drain around the perimeter and a sump pump with battery back-up.
