Here I am again. Another opportunity to acknowledge a JOB WELL DONE. After waterproofing my basement it needed a new look. John and his team transformed my dated basement into an area I am proud to show off. John does "Quality work with attention to detail ". I'm already thinking of my next project.

Our basement was having some water issues so we had searched around for different opinions to help us understand what we were dealing with. John came out for an estimate and was very straightforward with us regarding our basement and its needs, which was a lot. After a basement flood, Brothers Waterproofing did an excellent job upgrading my drainage system and sump pumps. Very responsive to our needs, excellent work crew who did a great job, on budget and time frame and left a clean worksite. Minor follow-up issue taken care of immediately. Fair price (not cheap) but you pay for a quality job. Very satisfied customer.

Moved into my home in 1976. Dirt basement it was wet then. I dug out part of the basement and put a knee wall in against the foundation and concrete floor in a 15 by 17foot area hoping to stop water from coming in. Didn't work. As I was getting older and couldn't bail out the basement any longer decided to get some estimates on waterproofing the concreted. and the large crawlspace area. I live in East Baltimore City and had a water problem in my basement. After many evaluations from various companys I came to an agreement with BW. The entire process was very easygoing. After approval the work was scheduled about 3 months out. They came in promptly as planned and they completed the work with no major problems. My only complaints are that its a dusty job and they forgot to install my air purifier.
