Brother's Waterproofing has been the most honest, reliable, meticulous, and hard working contracting companies I have ever met. John painted a clear picture of the problem our basement was facing and detailed out his solution to solve it. After that we never had to worry about it again. Our basement was having some water issues so we had searched around for different opinions to help us understand what we were dealing with. John came out for an estimate and was very straightforward with us regarding our basement and its needs, which was a lot. We deliberately waited to write this review to make sure that the waterproofing John and his team produced in our basement was reliable and effective, and it is crystal clear that they delivered. After a basement flood, Brothers Waterproofing did an excellent job upgrading my drainage system and sump pumps. Very responsive to our needs, excellent work crew who did a great job, on budget and time frame and left a clean worksite. Minor follow-up issue taken care of immediately. Fair price (not cheap) but you pay for a quality job. Very satisfied customer.

Moved into my home in 1976. Dirt basement it was wet then. I dug out part of the basement and put a knee wall in against the foundation and concrete floor in a 15 by 17foot area hoping to stop water from coming in. Didn't work. As I was getting older and couldn't bail out the basement any longer decided to get some estimates on waterproofing the concreted. and the large crawlspace area. I live in East Baltimore City and had a water problem in my basement. After many evaluations from various companys I came to an agreement with BW. The entire process was very easygoing. After approval the work was scheduled about 3 months out. They came in promptly as planned and they completed the work with no major problems. My only complaints are that its a dusty job and they forgot to install my air purifier. Brother's Waterproofing is the company to hire if you want the best of the best. John and his crew are amazing. The job I contracted them for was one of their largest ever. The work included but was not limited to: removing and replacing one whole foundation wall (40'long by 8' deep), installing steal reinforcement beams on three other perimeter walls, installing a complete drainage system( including 2 sump pumps and battery back up) and installing egress windows. 10 STARS ... I was terrified of rain; and I hated my basement. We built our home brand new, and the basement flooded the very first night. I've had water fill up the bottom of the areaway at the exterior door up as high as the door handle, frogs included, and a waterfall coming in around the basement window. A sprinkler pipe broke, and more water coming in the foundation wall. If you're reading this, then you know what a mess it is to clean up.
