After noticing some water in my basement after heavy rains in December, I found a fairly sizable horizontal crack in my concrete foundation. I brought out a structural engineer who determined what fixes needed to be made, and he actually recommended Brothers Waterproofing. I have been meaning to write this review for several months. John and his crew from Brothers did an outstanding job with my basement waterproofing. I suffered in the Mount Rainier floods last year with severe flooding, and it became clear that waterproofing was needed to prevent this from happening again. I was hesitant because contractors can be so difficult to work with and because they often take months to complete the work. We hired Brothers Waterproofing to fix an awful basement waterproofing job done by another company. I had done my hungrier and knew what needed to be done. They walked in and were able to tell me everything the other company did wrong. They did a great job! We have had a few rains and no leaks. They were fast and Ioan was very kind and patiently answered all of my questions.

I contacted Brothers Waterproofing because of many years of ongoing water issues. John came to my house almost immediately after I contacted him. He assured me that once the job was completed, my water issues would be a thing of the past. It is so reassuring to know when it rains I no longer have to worry, or be anxious knowing I will go down to a flooded basement. Just wanted to let you guys know how happy I am with the foundation job. I have struggled with leaks and water in basement since we purchased in 2008. For years we would not finish due to water issues. Since you guys did work we have had 2 major rain events and 1 power outage and no water issues. We just finished basement and contractor doing the work was as impressed as I am of the job done. Thanks again .

About 10 years ago our basement flooded & we had a few companies come out & give estimates. We chose one to waterproof our basement. Last year we still were getting water in our basement, so I searched for other companies who could provide an estimate. John contacted me quickly & set up a day to come out to give an estimate. Brother's Waterproofing was recommended to us from our structural engineer to fix some foundational and water issues we were having in the basement. ÂJohn was the first person to come out and gave us an estimate based on the repairs but didn't send us a written estimate until we agreed to work with him.
