Just wanted to let you guys know how happy I am with the foundation job. I have struggled with leaks and water in basement since we purchased in 2008. For years we would not finish due to water issues. Since you guys did work we have had 2 major rain events and 1 power outage and no water issues. We just finished basement and contractor doing the work was as impressed as I am of the job done. Thanks again .

About 10 years ago our basement flooded & we had a few companies come out & give estimates. We chose one to waterproof our basement. Last year we still were getting water in our basement, so I searched for other companies who could provide an estimate. John contacted me quickly & set up a day to come out to give an estimate. Brother's Waterproofing was recommended to us from our structural engineer to fix some foundational and water issues we were having in the basement. ÂJohn was the first person to come out and gave us an estimate based on the repairs but didn't send us a written estimate until we agreed to work with him. An appraiser told me that I needed some foundation work done to refinance. When it would rain we would get water in the basement, the wall under the stairs was literally crumbling. I looked on the internet for a company to do the work. John Enciu, the owner of Brother's Waterproofing LLC, came to my home to give me an estimate. John and his workers from Brothers Waterproofing are absolutely top notch! They showed up on time, always left the job site cleaner than when they arrived. If there were any issues not only were they pointed about but they were explained to the tee so we understood what was happening. If you are a little uneasy on the pricing I promise you it's worth it. They are not the cheapest company out there but I'd put money up that they are one of the best. I totally recommend Brother's Waterproofing without hesitation. This was the first major work we had to our house as well as the first insurance claim. There was a lot we didn't know. John sat with us to explain his view on the cause of the flooding and our options for repair. He did this patiently and in detail. He answered all of our questions, even the ones we asked twice! Great Company! The owner was quick to arrive at my house and provided me a quote in person. He did not deviate from that quote. The work was done quickly and professionally with amazing results. I used to have a basement that would leak during a heavy rain storm. Here in Maryland that's at least once a month. Now, I have a completely dry basement, even after several heavy rainfalls.

It was a pleasure to have Brothers at my residence. They were professional, clean and thoughtful. You will see them really caring and triple checking themselves. They will not leave unless the job is done right the first time! A lot of high tech design was used and please trust the process. No one comes closer to what they do. I had a lot of quotes and I always found a reason to choose Brothers! When they leave you will feel like they are a part of your family.
