This was my first experience using these folks for my annual oil furnace tune up, and I am impressed. From setting up an appt with Jackie on the phone, to the promptness and courtesy of technicians, Tom & Paul, they were very professional. Dennis even came out today, the day after my tune up, to troubleshoot a minor glitch that was preventing my furnace from firing up! Thanks everyone!
