Asked for Carfax to be emailed and instead got a phone call with some vehicle information. Secondly, they must be happy with local business. I asked if price could be negotiated, they indicated that was not only a firm, but none negotiating price. So I miss the part where I'm willing to drive 6 hours one way to buy a car sight unseen and lack the incentive of at least saving some money.
