Alex at Brothers did a great job helping me find what I wanted in a vehicle! There was no pressure to buy. He was great to follow up with me and answered any questions I had.
Didn't want to have to do this, but they have made it very clear they do not care. They sold us a car that was later determined only worth 2000$, for 5000$, the car is completely falling apart. When I spoke with them about it, they said they would help fix it. No problem. I took it to the mechanic. It got fixed, only for the mechanic to stick ME with the bill because when he asked for payment from them, they refused!! So disappointed! I made an appointment to look at a vehicle. They had the vehicle ready for me to test drive when I got there. The service was great. The entire process of buying the car was quick and easy and I got a great rate on my loan. I would definitely recommend Brothers Auto to people looking to buy a car.
