Unprofessional staff. Tried their best to up-sale and were completely put off when I refused. Tried their best to confuse me about MY BENEFITS so that they could get more cash out of me. The staff, though dressed "professionally" were loud and obnoxious amongst themselves behind the counter, not helping a soul. I'd rather go to Wal-Mart on pajama day. I'll run around blind before I step foot in that place again.

Vision insurance benefits can be confusing to patients, but generally they allow you to have options recommended by your doctor to give you optimal vision and less eye strain for a greatly reduced price. We obviously fell short on communicating to you that these were options only and you as a consumer have the freedom to have the lens choices that fit your budget. Absolutely great experience from start to finish! Dr Beddow was very profession and friendly! I was also so appreciative of the assistance from Frame Stylist, Sheri Seiter! I can't wait to have glasses that I love to wear! I already gave out that card that was in my glass cloth to a newbie in Canyon!
I have been going to Broome Optical for alone time. I have found a lot of good folks who works for Broome Optical are great & they will help you any way they can. Oh by the way there is a wonderful person I know who I know very well known he works there at Brooke Optical his name Rick Blanketship. He know what he is doing, if you want Rick to fix your glasses he will do it for you.
Love these folks!! Everyone is professional and the girls at the front desk where you check in for appointments are so sweet!! Always smiling and pleasant!! Dr. Nossaman is the BEST!!! He is an amazing optometrist and I completely trust him with my entire family. Always a pleasant experience at Broome!!!
