Wonderful, caring staff and the facility is clean!There are always many fun activities for the residents to participate in!
My sister went there to works as a nurse aide, she had 27 patients, (illegal), EVERYONE of them had at least one stage 2 bed sore. No linens to use while working, just all around AWFUL! Don't let the area or the pretty building fool ya!
I only spent a couple of hours seeing my 99 year old grandmother. I asked her if she'd rather be there or home alone, she said there. She had a nice dorm room. I liked it! Staff was very nice and it was very clean and well taken care of from what I could tell.
After being sent to Brookwood for therapy, my Mom was ready to move in. She really liked all the amenities they offered.
Great place which is providing outstanding care to my mother in rehabilitation. Five stars for the rehab area. Great nurses, Aida and physical therapists. Food at the Flamingo Room is also very good and I love that all of the residents can go there if able and order off a menu. Phil does a wonderful job keeping the menu fresh and good. Not very impressed with the third floor, LTC. Definitely room for improvement. Seem to have limited activities for the residents in this area. Greg
Great staff. Such awesome people! My only complaint is they are understaffed so they take awhile to answer the call button. But I loved everyone there. And the food was amazing!
