Having a hard time, food not right and some aids help and some do
In any medical rehab facility it's the people who make all the difference, and the people here at Brookwood have been absolutely fantastic. No one wants anyone to get sick or to have to go through Rehabilitation for whatever reason, but if you do, this is the place to do it
My mom has been at Brookwood for therapy for 2weeks now and we have had some minor issues that were reported immediately and addressed with follow up each time. The facility is extremely clean and the rooms are very home-like. Things I would like to see change is communication between all disciplines to be on same page and to be more knowledgeable about any information pertaining to plan of care for the patient.
