I'M A RESIDENT OF BROOKWOOD RETIREMENT COMMUNITY THEY ARE AMAZING AT TAKEN EXCELLENT CARE OF US. IT'S NOT JUST THE NURSING IT'S ALL OF THEM TOGETHER , KITCHEN HELP IS WONDERFUL ,ACTIVITIES GO ABOVE AND BEYOND KEEPING US ENTERTAINED THROUGH THIS QUARANTINE, AND MANAGEMENT IS WONDERFUL.I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY. 5 STARES
I can't believe what I have just witnessed!!!! One of your workers LIVE STREAMING PUBLICLY on Facebook while at work SHOWING PATIENTS!!!!!!! where is the confidentiality there? This is a MASSIVE data protection grievance. Those poor vulnerable service users. I'd hate to think it was one of my relatives in there.
Nursing staff and assistant care is awful. y mother has been there for rehab care for a little over a week and there have been constant issues.
