Mother in law is 97 and a current resident there. I am a nurse and chose Brookwood because of the strong community reputation. I am very pleased she is there! Very caring warm staff on the 3rd floor! Excellent job to all the caregivers!!
The nurses were terrible. The food was awful.They treated my husband terrible. They would not give him his meds. I got him out as fast as I could.
It's not the place it's certain nurses some people should not be nurses!!!! If your lazy or lack sympathy find another job!
Clean facility with staff who are hard-working and caring.
My friends mother lives here and she absolutely LOVES IT!!
